We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or still sealed and completely unopened.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must meet one of the following conditions:

The product arrived damaged or defective, or

The product was delivered in an incorrect shade.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used beauty products.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Once your return is approved, you can choose between:

An exchange for the same item or another product of your choice (if available)
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
